This document details Eco-Sanitation (the treatment of residual waters and the management of solid wastes), residential and recreational areas including power supply and communications options, eco-tourism projects, sustainable agricultural development projects, use and management of bio diversity, production of organic fertilizer, absolute protection areas, hydroponic crops, stable cattle project and hotel market study.

The property is in the final stages of being registered. This is expected to be completed by the end of 2006.
